Michael O'Bryan takes pride in his ability to inspire confidence and building longterm relationships with his clients. It begins and continues with serving their interests and their interests alone. His 27 plus years experience in commercial real estate includes expertise in the public health industry, office leasing, retail and industrial tenant/buyer representation. Mike has mastered the skill of developing marketing plans designed for sellers that ensure the highest price is realized for the property.

Mike is recognized as one of the regions top real estate professionals and has received numerous awards and acknowledgements. He was awarded the Outstanding Sales Achievement by REMAX International for #2 Commercial Sales Associate in 2012 and #3 Commercial Sales Associate in 2013 for the St. Louis Region! There are over 70 Offices in the region. St. Louis and Kansas City are in the region along with several Midwest communities. He is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Representative clients include CSE Software; Methodist Medical Center of Illinois; Caterpillar, Inc.; Boy Scouts of America; OSF Healthcare; and the Peoria Academy.

Mike's professional activities and affiliations include a Charter membership in the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, membership in the National Association of Realtors, and the Peoria Area Commercial Association of Realtors where he also serves on the Board of Directors. His personal activities include active involvement as a volunteer in many not-for-profit organizations and he has served as a (past) board member with the Heart of Illinois Big Brothers Big Sisters and Hooked On Fishing Camp. He is an active member of Peoria Rotary North, one of Peoria's more significant service organizations!

Mike and his wife Patty live in Edwards, Illinois. He is an avid sportsman who enjoys training Labrador retrievers, and fishing & hunting.
